Studio Policies

  • A $15 late cancellation fee applies for group classes canceled less than 8 hours in advance.

  • A $20 no-show fee will be charged if you miss a reserved class without prior notice.

  • Grip socks are required for all classes to ensure safety and hygiene.

  • First-time clients who have never used a reformer must arrive 10 minutes prior to class for an introductory overview of equipment and safety procedures.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class time to avoid fees.

  • To cancel a membership, clients must do so via email at least 10 days prior to the membership renewal date. Email at info@thereformerroomdallas.com

  • Private (individual or duet) sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, a $25 late cancellation fee or $30 no-show fee per person will apply.

Waitlist Policy

  • Clients will be automatically added to class when a spot becomes available and will receive notification via text or email.

  • Clients are responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist if they are no longer able to attend.

Additional Policies

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on memberships, class packages, or retail items.

  • Class packages expire 90 days after the purchase date.

  • Auto-renewing memberships must be canceled in writing with at least 10 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Clients are required to inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class.

  • A signed waiver is required before participating in any session.

  • Participation in any class or service is at the client’s own risk.
